Our personal data protection policy

IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, in its latest version, known as the “Data Processing and Individual Liberties” Law and the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) No. 2016/679, personal data (“PD”) collected on our site are processed automatically by GIVE, the data controller.

SITE VISITORS

The collected Personal Data are processed by GIVE, on the basis of the User's consent, in order to meet its request by using the “Contact” form.


RECIPIENTS OF Personal Data

Personal Data are intended for GIVE and its authorized staff.

Personal Data are not disclosed to third parties with the exception of third parties hosting the Site or intervening in the content or management of the Site.

Personal Data SECURITY

GIVE implements state-of-the-art security measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the PD collected on the Site for the time necessary for their processing, in accordance with applicable law.

RETENTION PERIOD OF Personal Data

The PD are kept by GIVE for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above.

USERS' RIGHTS

Under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, the User has a right of access, rectification and opposition, as well as the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before his/her withdrawal, a right of portability, erasure, limitation and the right to define guidelines relating to the conservation, erasure and communication of his PADs after his death.

The User also has the possibility to lodge a complaint with CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority).
